1. Booking Fee & Payments

A £100 booking fee is required to secure your date.

The booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Once the booking fee has been paid, services may not be reduced. Additional services can be added if time allows.

The final invoice will be issued approximately one month before the wedding.

The final balance is due one week before the wedding date.

If the final balance is not paid by the due date, wedding day services will not be provided.

2. Travel & Additional Expenses

Travel is charged at 50p per mile from my home address in Alton, Hampshire.

Any parking fees, tolls, congestion charges, or other expenses incurred by the stylist must be covered by the client.

3. Trials

Trials take place at my home studio in Alton, Hampshire, on set days/times.

A trial for the bride is recommended but not mandatory.

Trials for bridal party members are optional and can be added to the bride's trial booking.

4. Allergies & Sensitivities

The client is responsible for informing me of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or relevant medical conditions prior to any services being carried out.

I cannot be held liable for any reactions resulting from conditions not disclosed before the appointment.

5. Cancellation by the Stylist

In the unlikely event that I must cancel, a full refund of all monies paid will be issued within 7 days.

I will also make every effort to recommend one or more replacement stylists, though this cannot be guaranteed.

6. Cancellation by the Client

All cancellations must be made in writing.

The following charges apply:

More than 12 weeks before the wedding: Booking fee is non-refundable; no further payment required.

Within 12 weeks of the wedding (but before final balance is paid): 50% of the remaining balance is payable.

After final balance has been paid: No refunds; the full amount is retained.

7. Use of Images

The client consents to the use of their photographs and hairstyling images for social media, portfolio, and website purposes unless they request otherwise in writing.
